110: Requirements on offshore betting operators before using New Zealand racing and sporting information

You could also call this:

“Rules for using NZ racing and sports info in overseas betting”

Before you can use information about New Zealand racing and sports for betting operations outside of New Zealand, you need to do two things. First, you must get permission from the right people. These could be the racing code, the national sports organisation, or Sport and Recreation New Zealand (or someone they choose). Second, you need to make an agreement about using this information. This agreement must follow the rules set out in section 111.

The people in charge of giving permission can’t say no without a good reason. They have to be fair when deciding whether to let you use the information about New Zealand racing and sports.
