Racing Industry Act 2020

Betting and TAB venues - Betting - General provisions

85: Availability of betting rules

You could also call this:

“TAB NZ must share new betting rules with the government and put them online for everyone to see”

When TAB NZ makes or changes any betting rules, they need to do two important things. First, they must send a copy of the new or changed rules to the Minister as soon as they can. This means the government knows about the rules quickly. Second, TAB NZ has to put the new or changed betting rules on their website. This way, anyone who wants to see the rules can find them easily on the internet. These steps help make sure that both the government and the public can see and understand the betting rules that TAB NZ uses.
