Racing Industry Act 2020

Betting and TAB venues - Betting - Sports betting

81: Use of facilities

You could also call this:

“TAB NZ can use its current offices and tools for sports betting, or set up new ones”

TAB NZ can use its existing offices, agencies, and equipment for sports betting. This means they can use the same places and tools they use for racing betting to also do sports betting. They can also set up new offices, agencies, or places to do sports betting if they think it’s a good idea. This rule doesn’t change or limit what TAB NZ is allowed to do under section 54(2) of the law.
