74TAB NZ may conduct betting

  1. TAB NZ may conduct, either by itself or by means of racing clubs or other agents appointed by TAB NZ for the purpose,—

  2. racing betting in accordance with rules made under section 76; and
    1. sports betting in accordance with rules made under section 78; and
      1. other racing or sports betting in accordance with rules made under section 83; and
        1. combinations of the betting referred to in paragraphs (a) to (c).
