Bylaws
108Bylaws to be approved by Minister
No bylaw made under this Act by an administering body shall have any force or effect unless and until it is approved by the Minister.
Approval of any bylaw by the Minister shall be conclusive evidence that it has been duly made under this Act.
Bylaws approved under this section are secondary legislation for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2019, but section 161A of the Local Government Act 2002 applies as if they were made by a local authority.
