The Registrar-General of Land must not register or give effect to any dealing with a reserve unless it follows the rules of the trust that the reserve is held under. You can find these rules in the Land Transfer Act 2017. The Registrar-General of Land has to make sure that any dealings with a reserve are done according to the trust that the reserve is held under, and this is done in accordance with the Land Transfer Act 2017.
