105HAnchoring or mooring of boat in breach of notice or permit

  1. A person in charge of a boat must not anchor or moor the boat—

  2. in breach of a notice given under section 57(3) or 59(3); or
    1. in breach of any permit granted under section 57(7) or 59(7).
      1. A person who fails to comply with this section commits an infringement offence.
