17Commissioner must notify applicant when legal aid declined

  1. If the Commissioner has declined an application for legal aid under this Act, the Commissioner must, in writing, advise the applicant of the decision and of his or her right to seek—

  2. a reconsideration of the decision under section 51; and
    1. a review of any reconsideration of that decision under section 52.
