128: Review Panel disestablished

You could also call this:

"The Review Panel stops working and its members are no longer in their roles."

Illustration for Legal Services Act 2011

You will notice that from the close of the final transition day, the Review Panel is disestablished. The term of appointment of every member of the Review Panel expires at this time. The Ministry gets all the assets and liabilities of the Review Panel, and all its records. When the term of office of a Review Panel member expires, they are not entitled to compensation. This means they do not get any payment as a result of their term ending. You can compare this to section 124 of another act.
