97Lead provider to claim for payment

  1. Claims for payment in respect of legal aid services or specified legal services provided must be made by the lead provider to the Secretary in the prescribed manner and within the time frame referred to in section 98.

  2. A claim for payment must show—

  3. the fees claimed by, or the charges attributable to, the lead provider; and
    1. the fees claimed by, or the charges attributable to, any other provider who acted on the matter; and
      1. the disbursements claimed by the lead provider and any other provider who acted on the matter.
