65Chairperson of Tribunal

  1. The primary function of the chairperson is to ensure that the Tribunal performs its functions in accordance with this Act in an efficient and effective manner.

  2. The chairperson has all the powers necessary in order to perform his or her functions, including the power to—

  3. make the arrangements necessary to ensure each member of the Tribunal is able to perform his or her functions as a member of the Tribunal:
    1. issue practice notes (not inconsistent with this Act or the regulations) for regulating the practice and procedure of the Tribunal and for the guidance of members of the Tribunal, officers of the Tribunal, and parties before the Tribunal:
      1. develop a code of conduct for members of the Tribunal:
        1. require particular members of the Tribunal to determine particular reviews.
