Part 2Legal aid
After legal aid is granted
24Provider in civil proceedings to notify other parties
When a party to civil proceedings is granted legal aid, the provider under the grant must at once give notice of that fact to every other party to the proceedings, and to the Registrar of the relevant court.
If any other person subsequently becomes a party to the proceedings, the provider must give an equivalent notice to the new party.
If the grant of legal aid is withdrawn, the provider under the grant must notify all other parties to the proceedings of that fact.
