125References to Legal Services Board and Legal Services Agency in enactments, instruments, and registers

  1. On and after the commencement of this Act, every reference in any enactment (other than this Act), or in any instrument or register, to the Legal Services Board or the Legal Services Agency must be construed as a reference to the Secretary, unless the reference relates to a matter that falls within the Commissioner's functions set out in section 71(1)(a) to (d), in which case it must be construed as a reference to the Commissioner.
