You can have sanctions imposed on you by the Secretary. The Secretary decides what to do after getting advice from the performance review committee. They can do one or more things to you. You might have your approval to provide legal aid services changed or cancelled. The Secretary can also say you must be supervised by another approved provider. They can stop you from applying for approval to provide legal aid services for a time, between 3 months and 2 years. The Secretary can also choose to take no further action against you.
