105Providers not to take unauthorised payments

  1. No provider may take payments from or in respect of a person to whom legal aid services or specified legal services are provided unless the payments are—

  2. authorised by or under this Act; or
    1. authorised by the Commissioner acting under the authority of this Act or the regulations.
