94Secretary may enter into contracts with community law centres

  1. The Secretary may, as they determine appropriate, enter into a contract with 1 or more community law centres to—

  2. purchase community legal services:
    1. fund, facilitate, and otherwise support the provision of community legal services.

      1. The money provided by the Secretary to a community law centre under a contract under this section must come from either or both—

      2. the Special Fund; or
        1. any other money.
