You need to know what happens with the money for community law centres. At the end of each year, the Secretary gives a report to the Minister. The report says how much money was received and spent. You want to know what the report includes. It includes how much money was received from the Special Fund. It also includes how the money was spent and how much was not used. The Secretary must keep any unused money for future community law centre funding. This ensures community law centres get the money they need. The Secretary gives the report to the Minister every year.
