54Powers and duties of chairperson of Tribunal on receipt of application for review

  1. On receipt of an application for review, the chairperson of the Tribunal—

  2. may require the Commissioner or any other person to provide any information relating to the original decision, the reconsideration, or the application for review; and
    1. must assign 1 member of the Tribunal (who may be the chairperson or another member) to review the Commissioner's reconsideration of the decision; and
      1. must provide a copy of the application for review to the Commissioner.
