You need to follow some rules when dealing with applications for review. These rules apply to any remaining applications for review and applications under section 54(3) of the former Act. When these applications are being decided, some old rules still apply. You will use the old rules from the former Act and the Legal Services Regulations 2006 for the actual matter being reviewed. The new rules from this Act apply to how the application is processed. This means the new rules cover things like procedure.
