130Applications under section 54(3) of former Act may be made to Tribunal after final transition day

  1. Despite the repeal of the former Act, a provider or former listed provider may, after the final transition day, apply to the Tribunal for a review under section 54(3) of the former Act of a decision relating to the amount payable by the Legal Services Agency to that provider in respect of any services provided before the commencement of this Act.
