This law explains why the Student Loan Scheme Act 2011 exists. It says the act has four main goals. First, it helps manage student loans properly. Second, it sets up a way to collect repayments for these loans. Third, it tries to make student loans easy to understand, so you know what you need to do if you have one. Lastly, it wants to encourage you to pay back your student loan as soon as you can.
