47Ongoing obligations of borrower to review and notify

  1. The borrower—

  2. must review an estimate he or she made under section 43 before the end of each quarter; and
    1. may revise an estimate he or she made under section 43 at any time.
      1. The borrower must notify the Commissioner in a manner acceptable to the Commissioner, and provide details, if—

      2. the borrower revises an estimate he or she made under section 43; or
        1. any of the circumstances set out in section 42(1) change; or
          1. the borrower ends any employment or starts any new employment.
