Student Loan Scheme Act 2011

Interest, relief, penalties and offences, rights of objection, and rights to challenge - Borrower's right to object to loan manager about details of loan advances

170: Chief executive must consider objections required to be determined by chief executive

You could also call this:

“Boss must review and decide on complaints about student loans”

The chief executive has to look at all objections they’re supposed to decide on. This is part of a law about student loans in New Zealand.

When the chief executive makes a decision about an objection, they need to do two things quickly. First, they have to tell the person who made the objection what they decided and why. They do this in writing. Second, they have to tell the loan manager what they decided and why. This is also done in writing.

After the chief executive tells the loan manager what they decided, the loan manager has a job to do. They need to tell the Commissioner about the decision. They have to do this quickly and in the way that they and the Commissioner have agreed on.
