Student Loan Scheme Act 2011

Repayment obligations of borrowers

30: Borrower's liability to repay consolidated loan balance

You could also call this:

"You must repay the money you borrowed for your student loan"

You need to pay back the money you borrowed for your student loan. This is called your 'consolidated loan balance'. You must follow the rules in the Student Loan Scheme Act and your loan contract when paying back your loan.

If there's a difference between what the Act says and what your loan contract says, you should look at Section 203 of the Act. This section will tell you what to do in this situation.
