198: Commissioner may remedy incorrect application of Act

You could also call this:

"Fixing mistakes in how student loan rules were used for you"

The Commissioner has the power to fix mistakes in how the Student Loan Scheme Act 2011 was applied to you. This can happen in two situations. First, if the Act was used incorrectly for your case. Second, if something in your life has changed, and this means the Act should be used differently for you now.

When the Commissioner fixes these mistakes, they can undo things that were done before and do new things instead. They can also ask for new actions to be taken. This helps make sure that the Act is used correctly for your situation.
