186: Challenge to student loan shortfall penalty

You could also call this:

“You can ask for a review if you think your student loan penalty was a mistake”

If you have a student loan shortfall penalty, you can challenge it. You can do this if you think the penalty was given to you by mistake. This means if you believe there was an error when they put the penalty on you, you have the right to question it. Remember, you can only challenge the penalty for this specific reason.
