180: Challenge to decision regarding significant over-deduction

You could also call this:

“You can question the government if you think they made a mistake about your student loan overpayment”

You can challenge the government’s decision about a big overpayment on your student loan in two ways. First, if the government says there wasn’t a big overpayment when you think there was, you can challenge this. Second, if the government tells you how much the big overpayment was, but you think the amount is wrong, you can challenge that too. In both cases, you’re allowed to challenge because you believe the government made a mistake.
