This part of the law used to explain what certain words meant in the section about arson, damage, and waste. However, it has been removed from the law. It was taken out on 1 October 2003 by another law called the Crimes Amendment Act 2003. This means that this section no longer applies and you can’t use it to understand the current law about arson, damage, and waste.
