“This rule used to explain what information should be included in each part of a legal accusation.”
This section of the law, which was about what needs to be in the counts of an indictment, is no longer in use. The government removed it on 1 July 2013. An indictment is a formal document that explains the charges against someone in a criminal case. The counts are the different parts of the indictment that list each charge separately. Since this part of the law has been taken out, you don’t need to worry about what it used to say.
