“Why we have this law and what it covers”

This law aims to make certain rules easier to understand and use. These rules are about different things that happen in business and everyday life. You might hear about contracts, which are agreements between people or businesses. The law also covers buying and selling things, and how to do business using computers and the internet. It talks about moving goods from one place to another, and other business matters like people who help sell things for others and special documents used when sending goods by ship. The government wants to make sure these rules are up-to-date and easier for everyone to read and follow.
