307: Mode of transferring documents

You could also call this:

“How to give a document to someone else”

When you want to transfer a document, you can do it in two ways. The first way is by writing something on the document, which is called endorsement. The second way is by simply handing over the document to someone else. You can hand over the document if it’s normally done that way, if the document itself says you can do that, or if the document says that whoever has it can get the goods it talks about.
