Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017

Contracts legislation - Minors’ contracts - Other matters relating to sections 103 to 109

111: Variation of certain orders

You could also call this:

“The court can change its decisions about young people's contracts and money”

The court can change orders it has made before. This includes orders about contracts and money for young people. The court can change these orders even if they have been changed before. The court can change parts of the orders that talk about how to pay, invest, or use money that is being held for someone. This also includes any money that comes from that money, like interest.

You might see these orders in two places. One is in sections 103 to 109 of this law. The other is in a different law called the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act 1988. This law has a part that deals with young people.
