96: Applications under sections 87 to 89 or section 93

You could also call this:

"Asking the court to make important decisions about legal matters"

You can ask the court to make decisions about certain legal matters. You can do this if you're someone who the court might be able to help, or if it's important for you to know what the court will decide.

The court can make decisions about things mentioned in sections 87 to 89 and section 93 of the law. If you think you might be affected by these decisions, you can ask the court to look at your situation.

Even if you're not directly involved, you can still ask the court to make a decision if it's really important for you to know what they will do. This might be because the court's decision could affect you in some way.
