83Attorney-General directions under this Part
The PCO must carry out the functions in this Part subject to any directions by the Attorney-General—
- about the matters set out in section 67:
- consistent with this Act and regulations made under this Act, about—
- the form in which legislation or consolidations of legislation (or any class of them) must be published (including the omission of signatures and formal or introductory parts); and
- any other matters concerning the publication of legislation or proposed legislation or minimum legislative information.

A direction given by the Attorney-General under this Part must be given to the PCO in writing.
