Revision Bills: Preparation of revisions
97Format of revision Bill
A revision Bill must be in the form of a Bill suitable for introduction in the House of Representatives.
A revision Bill’s explanatory note must include a statement setting out, in general terms, the inconsistencies, anomalies, discrepancies, and omissions that were identified in the course of preparing the revision, and how they have been remedied in the Bill.
A revision Bill may be structured so that it is able to be divided into 2 or more Bills.
