"Checking secondary laws: how to make them official by a deadline"

To confirm secondary legislation by a deadline, you need an Act that says it confirms the legislation. The part of the Act that confirms the legislation must start on or before the deadline. You can find more information about what happens if the Act or provision is repealed later in section 32. The repeal does not change the fact that the legislation was confirmed.
