Legislation Act 2019

Drafting and publishing of legislation - Correcting errors and making other editorial changes

91: Changes to legislation to be noted on legislation website

You could also call this:

"Changes to the law are noted on the legislation website so you can stay up to date."

When changes are made to legislation, the PCO must tell you about it. They do this by noting the changes in the legislation or on the legislation website. They also outline what the changes are, in a way that is easy to understand, on the legislation website.

The PCO has to show you that changes have been made and what those changes are. You can find this information in the legislation or on the legislation website. This helps you stay up to date with any changes to the law.

If you want to compare this to an earlier version, you can look at s 27 of the 2012 No 119 act.
