146Protection from liability

  1. This section applies to the Chief Parliamentary Counsel and every employee of the PCO.

  2. No proceeding may be brought against any person to whom this section applies for—

  3. any liability of the PCO; or
    1. any act done or omitted by the PCO, or by the person, in good faith in the performance or exercise (or intended performance or exercise) of the functions, duties, or powers of the PCO or the Chief Parliamentary Counsel.
