98Membership of Tribunal

  1. The Tribunal shall consist of—

  2. the Chairperson or a Deputy Chairperson or, if section 103B applies, the Chairperson and a Deputy Chairperson; and
    1. 2 other persons appointed by the Chairperson for the purposes of each hearing from a panel maintained by the Minister under section 101.
