121Enforcement

  1. The following orders made by the Tribunal may, on registration of a certified copy in the District Court, be enforced in all respects as if they were an order of that court:

  2. an order for the award of costs under section 92L; and
    1. an order for the award of damages under section 92M; and
      1. an interim order under section 95.
        1. Every person commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 who contravenes or refuses to comply with any other order of the Tribunal made under section 92I or an interim order of the Tribunal made under section 95.
