74Measures relating to pregnancy, childbirth, or family responsibilities

  1. For the avoidance of doubt it is hereby declared that preferential treatment granted by reason of—

  2. a woman's pregnancy or childbirth; or
    1. a person's responsibility for part-time care or full-time care of children or other dependants—
      1. shall not constitute a breach of this Part.
