144Regulations

  1. The Governor-General may from time to time, by Order in Council, make regulations for all or any of the following purposes:

  2. prescribing the procedure to be followed under this Act in respect of complaints to and proceedings before the Commission or in respect of proceedings before the Tribunal:
    1. prescribing forms for the purposes of this Act, and requiring the use of such forms:
      1. providing for such matters as are contemplated by or necessary for giving full effect to this Act and for its due administration.
        1. For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby declared that the power conferred by subsection (1) to make regulations in respect of proceedings before the Tribunal includes power to make regulations in respect of proceedings in connection with the exercise or performance of any function, power, or duty conferred or imposed on the Tribunal by or under any other enactment.

        2. Regulations under this section are secondary legislation (see Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements).
