When a direction is made under section 109, the Ministers who made it must publish it in the Gazette and on the Internet as soon as possible. You can find the direction in the Gazette and on the Internet after it comes into force. The Ministers must make sure it is published.

If a direction is not going to come into force, the Ministers who made it must tell the entities it would have applied to that it will not happen. They must do this as soon as possible. The entities will know the direction has been disapplied and will not come into force.

111Publication of direction under section 107

  1. As soon as practicable after a direction comes into force under section 109, the Ministers who gave it must ensure that it is published in the Gazette and on the Internet.

  2. If a direction does not come into force, the Ministers who gave it must, as soon as practicable, notify the entities to which the direction would have applied that the direction has been disapplied and will not come into force.
