The Governor-General can make rules for things that are changing or being saved when this Act starts. You might see these rules being used for some or all of the Crown entities. The Governor-General can make these rules to help with the administration of this Act or to make sure it works properly.

The rules can be used instead of, or as well as, some of the other provisions in sections like 137, 159, 195, 196, 197, and 198. These rules are called secondary legislation, which you can read more about in Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019.

The Governor-General can make these rules for all Crown entities or just some of them, depending on what is needed.
