Crown Entities Act 2004

Establishment and governance of Crown entities - Statutory entities - Delegation

76: Revocations of delegations

You could also call this:

"When someone takes back a job they gave you to do"

If you have been given a job to do by a board under section 73, the board can take that job back at any time. They can do this by making a decision and telling you in writing. The board can also use another method to take the job back, if that method was agreed to when you were given the job. If someone has given you a job to do under section 74(1)(b), you can stop doing that job at any time by telling the person who gave you the job in writing. You can find out more about how this works by looking at s 42.
