Illustration for Crown Entities Act 2004

You are part of a Crown entity. A responsible Minister can tell you to change some parts of your final statement of intent. They can do this under section 141(1) or (2)(a), (b), (d), or (e). The Minister's direction is like an instruction. You must follow some rules when the Minister tells you to make changes. These rules are in sections 113 to 115, but not section 115(2). The changes come into effect on the date the Minister says. When you make these changes, you must write them down and sign them. Two members of the board must sign, or the sole member if it is a corporation sole. Once you sign the changes, they are final. There is another section, section 148, that does not apply to these changes.
