Illustration for Crown Entities Act 2004

If you are a member, employee, or office holder of a Crown entity, this Act does not change your entitlements under the Government Superannuation Fund Act 1956. You can still get what you are entitled to under the Government Superannuation Fund Act 1956. This is because the Crown Entities Act 2004 does not affect the rights you already have under the Government Superannuation Fund Act 1956.
