115Appointment of residence manager

  1. For every residence that is not subject to a residence management contract, the chief executive must appoint under the Public Service Act 2020

  2. a suitable person as the residence manager; and
    1. a suitable person as the deputy residence manager; and
      1. as many other suitable persons as are required as employees for the purposes of the residence.
