123Meetings of review panel
The quorum necessary for any meeting of the review panel is 3 members, who must include—
- the chairperson or deputy chairperson; and
- 1 health assessor; and
- 1 member who has experience in the operation of the New Zealand Parole Board and who is not a health assessor.
The decision of the majority of members in attendance at a meeting is the decision of the review panel.
At any meeting of the review panel, the review panel may receive and take into consideration whatever information it thinks fit, whether or not the information would be admissible as evidence in a court of law.
The review panel may regulate its own procedure.
