140Claims by persons subject to orders under this Act not affected by Prisoners' and Victims' Claims Act 2005

  1. A person is not a person under control or supervision within the meaning of section 4 of the Prisoners' and Victims' Claims Act 2005 merely because the person is, or has at any time been, a resident, a person subject to a prison detention order, or a person under protective supervision.
